یکساں سول کوڈ سے متعلق لاء کمیشن کو رائے بھیجنے کی تاریخ میں 28جولائی تک توسیع
حیدرآباد۔ 14/جولائی (عصرحاضر نیوز) لاء کمیشن نے یونیفارم سول کوڈ پر اپنی رائے روانہ کرنے کی آخری تاریخ میں دو ہفتہ کا اضافہ کیا ہے، اب آخری تاریخ 28 جولائی ہے۔ موصولہ اطلاعات کے مطابق اب تک پچاس لاکھ آراء موصول ہونے کی اطلاع ہے، یہ صرف اندازہ ہے، حقیقی تعداد لاء کمیشن ہی جاری کرسکتا ہے، ساتھ ہی بعض تنظیموں نے لاء کمیشن سے ملاقات کا وقت مانگا ہے، لاء کمیشن کے مطابق پہلے موصول ہونے والی آراء کی تنقیح کی جائے گی پھر تنظیموں کو ملاقات کا وقت دیا جائے گا۔

Hum ucc ke favore me nahi he.
I don’t want Uniform Civil Code. Because it divides our country on the name of law. And our law respect every religion and our leaders who are encouraging people towards the civil code they have to remember that our Constitution drafters they did not forgot the richness of religion of our country. As Because some people want to bring the Hitler’s Dictatorship in our country. Indians PLEASE PLEASE remember we are educated it means we have knowledge to think what is correct please think for one minute give your valuable suggestions. Remember everything which attracts is not Gold. And if any leader want to save INDIA’ sUNITY IN DIVERSITY then they won’t bring such UCC. And Remember all country people we are Not related to any religion because WE ARE INDIANS.

ہندوستان کے پرائم منسٹر جناب مودی صاحب نے کہا یو سی سی لانی کی وجہ ایک گھر میں اگر دو بھائی ہے تو ان کو ایک ہی قانون نافذ ہونا چاہیے اگر کوئی گھر کا امیر یا بڑا اس کی نظر میں سب ایک جیسے ہونا چاہیے اگر کوئی بڑا بھائی کوئی چیز پسند کرتا ہے جیسا کہ ادھی چڈی پہننا کھانے میں کوئی چیز اچھی لگنا جو دوسرا بھائی اس کے مزاج کے موافق نہیں ہے وہ ادھی چڈی پہننا پسند نہیں کرتا یا اس کو چند چیزیں کھانے میں پسند نہیں ہے اس کا اٹھنا بیٹھنا قدرت نے الگ بنایا ہے اسی پسند ناپسند اس نے الگ بنائی ہے تو کیا بڑا اگر غلط چیز بھی مانتا ہو جو چھوٹے کے نظر میں تو اس کے قوانین زبردستی کیا دوسرے بھائی پر بھی تھوپ ہوں گے

I believe that a common civil code for all communities in India is neither necessary nor desirable. Implementing Uniform Civil Code would mean that all the personal religious laws shall be kept at bay and a uniform personal law governing areas of marriage, divorce, inheritance etc. shall be formulated. This law shall not keep in its ambit personal law regarding any religion or culture and it shall be the same for all persons irrespective of their caste, creed or colour. It will cause social disorder, and if a Uniform Civil Code is introduced covering the entire country, it shall cause so much hardship and social disorder to all linguistic, regional and religious minorities as the personal and social life of them are quite distinct from the rest of people in the country. Uniform Civil Code is divisive and will lead to social unrest, and that It is against the spirit of the Constitution, which safeguards the right of citizens to practice their culture and religion. The Constitution has chosen secularism as its vehicle to establish an egalitarian social order. Secularism is part of the fundamental law and basic structure of the Indian political system. Therefore it is the responsibility of every Indian who believes in the Indian Constitution and secularism to oppose the Uniform Civil Code. So I reject the idea of UCC as a responsible citizen.
